ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
In rare cases, processing may take longer during busy seasons (such as holidays, promotions, or unexpected logistics delays).
We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during peak times.
Once your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your shipment is on its way.

SHIPPING TIME & ORIGIN
All products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse in China.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it.
Cancellations requested within this window will incur a $20 transaction fee per order.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
In very rare instances, packages may be delayed due to factors outside our control (customs, natural events, or carrier delays).
If your tracking number shows no movement for 15 business days, please contact us at support@vibenty.com, and our team will investigate with the carrier.
